MY OWN RECOVERY EXPERIENCE

Led with experience.
Delivered with heart.

Hi, I’m Jamie.

I founded Access Elite to provide the kind of steady, highly personal support that can change the course of a difficult transition. My own recovery experience, along with years of working alongside families and clinical teams, shapes an approach that is practical, compassionate and deeply personal.

I remain personally involved in screening, matching and care coordination—so from the first conversation forward, you have a trusted and accessible partner.

“People deserve to feel supported—not managed—while they rebuild their lives.”

FOUNDER & CEO OF ACCESS ELITE

Meet Jamie Duckworth

I founded Access Elite because I understand that recovery is not simply about getting someone into treatment.

It is about what happens before treatment, during moments of resistance or crisis, and after the individual returns home.

With more than 17 years in personal recovery, I bring both lived experience and professional insight to every family I serve. I understand the fear, uncertainty, and emotional exhaustion that addiction and mental health challenges can create. I also know that lasting change is possible when someone receives the right support, structure, accountability, and compassion.

My role is to help individuals and families move from crisis and confusion toward a clear, realistic plan.

Why I Do This Work

Recovery changed the direction of my life.

It gave me the opportunity to rebuild, become a mother, create a meaningful career, and help other people find their own path forward.

As the mother of two daughters, I understand the importance of trust, consistency, and showing up when someone needs you. Those same values guide my work with every Access Elite client and family.

I have seen how difficult it can be for families to navigate treatment programs, insurance limitations, complicated family dynamics, mental health concerns, relapse risk, and the transition back into everyday life. Families are often expected to make major decisions during highly emotional moments, without knowing which services are appropriate or whom they can trust.

I created Access Elite to provide personal guidance during those moments.

A HANDS-ON,

Individualized Approach

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to recovery. Every client has a different history, personality, family system, clinical picture, and set of circumstances.

I take the time to understand the whole person—not only the addiction or immediate crisis. This includes learning about the client’s mental health, physical health, relationships, living environment, previous treatment experiences, responsibilities, strengths, and long-term goals.

DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION, I MAY HELP WITH:

SUPPORT

Support Beyond Treatment

Completing detox or residential treatment is an important step, but it is not the end of the process.

Returning home can bring someone back into the same stressors, relationships, routines, and triggers that existed before treatment.

This transition is often where individuals and families need the most support.

Access Elite helps bridge the space between structured treatment and independent living. My goal is to help clients put their recovery plan into practice in the real world—one decision, one day, and one challenge at a time.

That may mean establishing a healthy daily routine, attending appointments and recovery meetings, repairing family communication, returning to work, creating accountability, or learning how to live without relying on substances or destructive behaviors.

MEET THE FOUNDER

A Trusted Partner for Families

Families often contact me when they are frightened, frustrated, or unsure what to do next.

Some have spent years trying to help someone they love. Others are facing a crisis for the first time.

I help families slow the situation down, identify what requires immediate attention, and focus on the decisions they can realistically make.

My approach is direct but compassionate. I will be honest about concerns, risks, and obstacles while remaining respectful of the client’s dignity. I work hard to build trust with clients, families, treatment providers, clinicians, and other professionals because strong collaboration leads to better continuity of care.

Families deserve clear communication. They also deserve to know that someone is paying attention to the details.

Discretion, Integrity, and Respect

Many Access Elite clients are professionals, executives, parents, older adults, or individuals whose circumstances require a high level of privacy. Every situation is handled with discretion and sensitivity.

Inviting someone into your family’s life during a vulnerable time requires trust. I take that responsibility seriously.

I do not judge clients by their most difficult day or define them by a diagnosis, relapse, or past decision. I look for the person underneath the crisis and help create the conditions in which that person has the best opportunity to stabilize and move forward.

My Commitment

I cannot promise that recovery will be easy or that every individual will immediately accept help. What I can promise is that I will approach each situation with honesty, compassion, persistence, and careful attention. I will help you understand the available options, prepare for difficult conversations, coordinate the appropriate resources, and develop a plan that reflects your family’s actual needs.

You do not have to navigate this alone.

Let’s Discuss the Next Step

If you or someone you love is struggling with addiction, mental health concerns, relapse, or a difficult transition following treatment, I invite you to contact me for a confidential consultation. Together, we can identify the next appropriate step and begin creating a path toward safety, stability, and lasting change.

Compassionate guidance. Personalized support. A clear path forward.
